Consumer Protection Policy

 

According to consumer protection laws, consumers who purchase products online are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period (including weekends and holidays). However, this period is not a trial period. Returned items must be in brand-new condition.

Products that have been used, had their tags removed, or are stained, damaged, or have odors will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

 

Definition of the 7-Day Appreciation Period

 

The first day of the appreciation period begins on the day the package is signed for.

Defective Items

 

If you receive a defective item, please take photos and contact customer service within 2 days of receiving the product (based on the logistics delivery/pick-up time).

 

Definition of Defects:

    •    Severe loose threads

    •    Large stains

    •    Fabric damage

 

Size Exchange

 

If the size does not fit, please contact customer service within 2 days of receiving the product (based on the logistics delivery/pick-up time).

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Once we confirm the returned item is in its original condition, we will send the correct size.

 

Return & Exchange Requirements

 

Returned items must be unused and only tried on.

Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition, with all packaging intact, including the invoice and any accompanying gifts (if applicable).

 

Definition of Product Integrity:

    •    Tags must remain attached

    •    Item must not be washed

    •    Original packaging must be intact

    •    Product must be clean and odor-free

    •    Invoice must be included

    •    Gifts (if applicable) must be returned

 

Important Notes Before Purchase

    •    Size exchanges and returns are limited to one time per order. Repeated or malicious returns will not be accepted.

    •    If the buyer and seller cannot reach an agreement during communication, the seller reserves the right to refuse future transactions.

    •    The appreciation period is not a trial period—please respect the shopping experience for all customers.

    •    For in-store purchases, all sales are final, and returns or exchanges will not be accepted
