Domestic Shipping (Taiwan)

• Convenience Store Pickup (7-11 Store-to-Store, No Payment on Pickup)

Recipients must verify their identity upon pickup. Please enter your full legal name (as shown on your ID) for a smooth shipping and pickup process. A pickup notification SMS will be sent within 3-5 days after shipment.

• Courier Delivery (SF Express)

Packages will arrive within 2-3 days after shipment. Please provide an address where someone can sign for the package.

International Shipping

• Hong Kong / Macau / China / Malaysia / Singapore:

Shipped via SF Express, freight collect (shipping paid upon delivery). Estimated delivery within 1 week after shipment.

• Japan / Korea / Thailand / Vietnam: Shipped via OCS Express.

• Europe & America: Shipped via EMS.

Estimated delivery within 2 weeks.
